3. Migration Certificate issued by the Board/Competent Authority
4. Statement of Marks obtained at Diploma or its equivalent qualifying examination (All Semesters)
5. Passing Certificate at Diploma or its qualifying examination
6. Statement of Marks obtained at S.S.C./X or its equivalent qualifying examination
7. Passing Certificate at S.S.C / X or its qualifying examination
8. Statement of Marks obtained at H.S.C./XII or its equivalent qualifying examination
9. Passing Certificate at H.S.C./XII or its qualifying examination
10. Statement of Marks obtained at B.Sc or its equivalent qualifying examination
11. Passing Certificate at B.Sc or its qualifying examination
12. College Leaving certificate (Diploma) /Transfer Certificate
13. Equivalence Certificate if passed from autonomous University

15. Domicile Certificate of the Candidate or Parent, whichever is applicable
16. Two passport size photographs
